Shipping

We ship all Lulla Doll orders from our warehouse in the Netherlands. We offer international shipping to most countries in the world.

Online orders are generally processed and packaged within 1-2 business days of receipt. Please note that due to COVID-19, there might be slight delays on deliveries. Information on tracking will be sent to customer's email when the package is shipped out.

Europe

Shipping within Europe is €7-20, and estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days depending on location. Business days are defined as Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

When ordering more than one item shipping cost may change depending on the packaging size.

Please note that prices do not include local duties and taxes and the customer is responsible for paying these fees upon receiving the goods. 

Worldwide

Shipping outside of Europe is €38, estimated delivery time is 4-7 business days depending on location. Business days are defined as Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

We do not consider a package lost until 45 days post shipment. Should the ordered item be out of stock, or in case of any delay of delivery, we will inform you via email.
